Not many pictures this week. Every time I went by the Colubus monkey exhibit there was no baby in sight. Too bad since coming to the zoo once every two weeks means the baby really seems to grow by leaps and bounds. Never fear, I will continue to attempt to document her growth, especially since Manny has almost reached not-cute size. Not that he isn't still cute, just not as cute as he was when he was little.
The day wasn't quite warm, but it certainly wasn't cold and the turtles
were out taking advantage of that and getting some sun just like we were.
Emily took this photo as she is crazy about those turtles, all turtles. I
like them myself, just not as much as she seems to!
Emily spotted this guy up against the very wall of the pond. I have no idea
what he was doing there, and I probably would not have spotted him without
Emily's help. As it is, I think this is my fourth or fifth spotting of a
bullfrog so I still get excited.
