It was hot. What can I say, New York in the summer is brutal! For some reason this made Manny especially fiesty, so I present a series of photos of him playing in the water. Andrea did a similar set of snow monkey photos, but not specifically Manny. A link to her photos is at the bottom of the page. She managed to capture a rather interesting visitor, perhaps the only one of us volunteers to see it!

Here are my non-Manny pictures:

Erin and Iris?
I think this is Erin and Iris, the younger of the two new snow monkey babies, but I'm not sure. This was the only baby I saw on exhibit. A madagascar day gecko, apparently, as opposed to a madacascar giant day gecko, which accounts for the different coloration.
One of the marmoset twins before being scooped up by mom and taken far away from camera range. Ella was a bundle of energy and I was either too slow to capture her on camera, or only got an action shot.
Filomena, yours truly and Emily wave to the camera. Guess which one is Josh! (Emily framed this shot without our knowledge.)
