I almost wore out the battery in my camera trying to get a good photo of the red panda for once. It really hasn't happened yet, though I am much more pleased with the latest attempts. This is mostly due to the two females, who are much more active than Goodwin. One, I think Luna (but it could also be Jenny), was romping hither and thither.

Sadly it was a day without Emily, or Justin, or Keith, and several other volunteers as well. I don't know that I approve of this vacation thing. Except, of course, if it applies to me.

Unfortunately, my next vacation isn't until September. Not that I'm counting the days or anything. Really. Oh, just look at the photos. And I don't want to hear any smart comments.

The snow monkey moms with Flash, the dad, and their respective babies. I'm guessing that Gwyne and Inez are the nearer, as Inez is the older and more active baby.
Very active this week, and she's getting so big! The red panda devil! Look at those devil eyes!
I photoshopped the devil-eyes in the rest of the photos. She's a cutie without them, don't you think?
A baby giant Madacascar day gecko I forgot to include in my last update. Another little Burmese Mountain tortoise youngster, with a full grown (I think) Red-footed tortoise for comparison.
The mother ship is coming for the baby marmoset! I think this one is eating bark.
Help me up! Actually, I'm not sure this is the way the photo should be aligned. A minute after this one of the parents came up and stuck his/her nose uh, nevermind...
